We would like to remind our users that proper battery maintenance is crucial for the longevity of our electric skateboard. If you do not plan to use the skateboard for an extended period, please make sure to charge the battery fully before storing it. In addition, we recommend charging the battery at least once a month to prevent the battery from becoming fully discharged.
Please note that lithium-ion batteries can become damaged if left discharged for an extended period of time. If this occurs, the battery may no longer be able to charge and will require replacement.

No, Raldey boards are not waterproof. However, they are water resistant to small puddles. Do not submerge the board or motors in water, or ride in heavy rain.

Please turn on the e-skateboard and check if everything is running normally when you received the e-skateboard. It is recommended that you fully charge the battery before your first ride.
Please avoid fully discharge in daily ride. In order to avoid battery fully discharge and protect battery longevity during storage, we suggest regularly charging your battery, charge at least 1 time every 2 months and unplug it when the green light is on. Do not overcharge the battery.

HALLELUJAH! The day has finally come. The board is now in the hands of your local delivery company after passing customs, and you are only hours/days, from riding that sweet sweet electric surfin' concrete.
Warranty & Refund
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The electric skateboard must be unused and in new condition with all accessories in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our closest facility advised by our service team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Once the board has left the factory, refunds are not possible. Once your board is at Chinese customs, it's simply impossible for us to get back. Furthermore, the shipping cost for a customer to ship a board back to us is astronomical. It's almost the cost of a Raldey Board itself. Once your board has left the factory, that board is yours to keep (or sell, but we really think you should try it out, cause it's pretty cool).
1.Explanation of 180 days warranty and guarantee repairs:
（1）Guarantee repair refers to the loss of customer's products due to quality problems during the 180 days warranty period, we provide free replacement parts service. If the customer does not install and replace, the customer needs to mail the product to our after-sales service point for repair and replacement service.
（2）Warranty refers to that during the 180 days warranty period, the customer's parts are damaged due to abnormal use，such as break, crash, water immersion, etc. We will provide the customer with a replacement price at a cost price. The customer will bear the shipping cost of the parts.
2.During the warranty period, all parts and replacement parts are sold at cost price. If the parts are damaged due to quality problems, we will replace and repair them for free.
3.During the warranty period, parts damaged due to abnormal use must be purchased at the customer's cost price and bear the increased freight.
