If you don't provide these attachments, it will only delay our ability to help you. Please make sure to use the correct Raldey email for your situation. Otherwise, we will forward your email to the correct department, which may delay our response.
For urgent assistance only, please also provide your phone number, as well as your time zone and the time of day you would be available to receive a phone call. This doesn't guarantee that we will call you, but if we deem it necessary, we can call you from a blocked number to help you. However, you won't be able to call back, and we can't text you, so please keep all written communication in email.
